THEY ARE BACK!! Friday, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., we welcome back Systems Go, the popular music ensemble from the Air Force Band of Flight! They have recently returned from entertaining the troops in Iraq and are coming to June in Olde Williamsburgh. Come and enjoy popular songs from the 70's and 80's!
Taking the stage from 9:30 p.m. to Midnight Friday is Doc Savage, returning for a second year. Doc Savage was formed in 2002 by guitarist/vocalist James Connelly and bassist Don Arszman. Joined by drummer Joe Vlachos and lead vocalist Eric Fitzwater, Doc Savage was reformed in 2007 by original bassist Don Arszman along with lead guitarist Phil Cason, drummer/vocalist Frank DeBevic, keyboardist/vocalist Ed Arszman and lead vocalist Mike Bond. Always entertaining, the solid sounds that come from this band will make for a great Friday night.
Saturday's entertainment is just as good as Friday's! Back after a one-year absence is Aleatory, taking the stage from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. You'll hear classic rock tunes from one of the area's premier classic rock bands! Don't leave after the fireworks! This year's closer is the always popular Stagger Lee. Although no introduction is needed for this band, here's a little info. Formed in 1981 by Bobby Joe Mueller and named for the famous Lloyd Price sond, Stagger Lee does country rock with a soulful edge, blending blues and percussion for a sound that will bring a rockin' end to our Satruday night lineup.
